What ALLJOBSUSA does
ALLJOBSUSA brings together the three things that usually live in three different systems: job listings, verified candidate profiles, and direct employer–candidate contact. Employers post a role and see qualified applicants without paying per listing. Job seekers build one profile and use it everywhere on the platform. Vocational and skilled-trade workers — a group most job boards serve badly — get first-class treatment rather than a buried category.
Why we built it
Across our recruiting practice we kept meeting the same two problems. Employers told us they were paying for reach and getting volume instead of fit. Candidates told us they were filling in the same information over and over and rarely hearing back. Both problems come from the same place: platforms that are built to sell listings rather than to make matches. ALLJOBSUSA is built the other way round.
The launch summit
We marked the launch with the ALLJOBSUSA Launch & Networking Summit on 20 October 2025, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST, at the Los Angeles Convention Center in California. The session walked employers through posting and shortlisting, showed job seekers how to build a profile that gets seen, and closed with open networking between the two.
