We are excited to announce the official launch of ALLJOBSGH — Ghana’s all-in-one platform for job hunting, freelancing and vocational work. It replaces the scattered mix of job boards, WhatsApp groups and word of mouth that most Ghanaian job seekers and employers rely on today with a single, searchable, accountable marketplace.
Three markets, one platform
ALLJOBSGH was designed around how work actually happens in Ghana, which is rarely just full-time salaried employment:
- Professional roles. Employers post positions and review verified applicant profiles rather than a folder of unstructured CVs.
- Freelance and contract work. Short engagements get their own workflow, so freelancers are not squeezed into a hiring process built for permanent staff.
- Vocational and skilled trades. Electricians, tailors, mechanics, caterers and other trades get profiles that show real skills and real availability.
The launch event
We launched ALLJOBSGH on 15 August 2025, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM GMT, at the Accra International Conference Centre. The programme showed employers how to post and shortlist, walked job seekers and freelancers through building a profile, and demonstrated the platform end to end.

ALLJOBSGH is operated by Brightway Educational Consult & HR Ltd. and sits alongside ALLJOBSUSA in the group’s employment platforms. Together they give Brightway an active presence in both the Ghanaian and United States labour markets — which matters for the growing number of employers and candidates who operate across both.
